Yorkseed is proud to return to the Asian Financial Forum, in partnership with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) as official community partner, and we're leading a Yorkseed Delegation. The founders and investors who get the most out of a big forum aren't the ones with the longest schedule. They're the ones who arrive with people already in their corner.
The delegation is free to join, and every delegate receives a complimentary AFF delegate pass. A full AFF pass usually costs over $1,000; for Yorkseed delegates, it's complimentary. We'll also give you a group to walk into the week with, and stay in touch after everyone flies home.

Two minutes: your name, company, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. It also asks whether you'd like to exhibit at AFF, either sharing a booth with the delegation ($799 per person, no payment now, only charged if 7 delegates commit) or with your own booth. The detailed application for your Deal Book profile follows once it opens. AFF also asks each delegate to complete its own registration form for the pass, and we'll send it to you.

Your place and complimentary AFF pass are free. These add-ons are optional, can be bought now or later, and have no effect on your place, your pass or your standard Deal Book page.
No. The delegation is free and you receive a complimentary AFF delegate pass. You pay for your own flights. Hotel is included only if you choose the full bundle. The extras on this page are optional.
No. A full AFF pass usually costs over $1,000, but as official community partner of HKTDC, Yorkseed gives every delegate a complimentary AFF delegate pass, with onsite access to the full 2-day program, the exhibition areas and the AFF Deal-Making platform, plus keynote luncheons (meal entitlements are subject to prior reservation). AFF has its own short registration form for each delegate pass, and we'll send it to you once your place is confirmed.
Every delegate can have a standard profile page in the Deal Book, free. It says who you are: what you do, a few keywords, your photo and logo, and a QR code to connect. The editorial page is one additional full page for what you want people to know or think about: your story, a company announcement, a fundraising or expansion update, why Hong Kong or Asia, or your view on your industry. You send the content and we review it lightly. It's labeled "Contributed by" your company and isn't a plain advertisement.
Three nights, January 25 to 28, 2027, in one room for one delegate at a hotel in Wan Chai. Rooms are limited and are confirmed once your place is, on a first-come basis among those who choose the full bundle. We confirm the hotel name and booking details when we send your payment link. Hotel isn't sold on its own. If you'd rather choose your own hotel, you can book any Wan Chai hotel directly, and we're happy to share suggestions.
Four days of coworking access in Hong Kong during AFF week, so you have somewhere to work, take calls and hold meetings between sessions and side events. Wi-Fi and power are included. It's sold only in the Editorial + Coworking and Full Bundle options.
Whenever you like: use the buy button on the Editorial Feature or Editorial + Coworking, and pay securely by card. You don't have to wait for your place to be confirmed, and joining is free either way. The Full Bundle is reserved by email because rooms are limited. The shared booth is charged only once at least 7 delegates have committed.
Yes, it's optional. The interest form asks whether you only want to join as a delegate, would like to share a booth with the Yorkseed Delegation, or would like your own booth. The shared booth runs for two days, January 26 and 27, at $799 per person. You pay nothing now: you just tell us you're interested. We charge only once at least 7 delegates have committed, and if we don't reach 7, there's no shared booth. We'll confirm once we know, and send payment details to those who are in. If you'd rather have your own booth, you can do that too. Choose it on the interest form and we'll send you the options.
Yes, as a Virtual Delegate for $149, though we'd love to see you in Hong Kong, where the delegation is free. A Virtual Delegate gets a profile page in the Yorkseed Hong Kong Delegation Deal Book, with a link to share, and nothing else: no AFF pass, no onsite access, and no place in the delegate group chat. Places are limited to 20 and each application is reviewed. Profiles are due January 15. Virtual Delegates can also buy the Editorial Feature ($295), which is open to in-person and virtual delegates alike. The coworking pass, hotel and shared booth are for people attending in person. Yes. The Deal Book is distributed digitally across the Yorkseed network and our channels. Companies, funds and partners can buy ad placements or sponsored sections. Write to partnership@yorkseed.co for options and rates.
Introduction requests open for 20 days, from January 18 to February 6, 2027. Anyone can request an introduction to a delegate through the Deal Book. Yorkseed reviews every request and passes it on, and each delegate decides whether to respond. Delegates' personal contact details are never shared. Meet the delegates.
If you say yes on the detailed application, we ask for a tagline, two or three sentences about your company or firm, three keywords, your website, links to your headshot and logo, and where you'd like the QR code on your page to send people. We'll build the page from that. Please make sure anyone with a photo link can open it. You can see the Lisbon Deal Book from our previous delegation, or a sample page for this one.
Only if you say yes. The application asks whether we can feature you, and if you agree, you send us a link to your headshot and your company or firm logo. We may use your name, role, company, a short description and those images in the Yorkseed Hong Kong Delegation press release and on Yorkseed's social channels. This covers founders and investors. If you say no, nothing changes for the rest of the delegation.
