NEW YORK — July 17, 2026 — Yorkseed, the curated global venture network for founders and investors, today announced the launch of Valois by Yorkseed, an invitation-only circle built for family offices, fund managers, and capital allocators operating at the top of the network.

Valois is not a separate company — it is the curated upper tier of Yorkseed itself, extending the same network that connects founders and investors across Yorkseed's 50+ city hubs to the principals who allocate and manage capital at scale. Members of Valois receive full access to Yorkseed Connect's Capital Circle, the venture intelligence and relationship platform underneath it, alongside curated access to Valois-specific rooms, introductions, and deal flow.

The tier has been in quiet development since late 2025, built in response to a pattern Yorkseed's team observed inside its own network: as Yorkseed Connect's membership grew past thousands of founders and investors across 50+ hubs, a smaller group of allocators and fund managers began asking for something narrower — fewer, more deliberate introductions, and rooms sized for principals rather than for volume. Valois is Yorkseed's answer to that ask, built on the same underlying infrastructure rather than as a separate product.

Membership is limited to two categories of principal: Allocators — family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, endowments, and sovereign wealth principals — and Fund Managers — GPs, LPs, and institutional investors across venture, private equity, and alternative assets. Admission is by referral or direct application, with all submissions requiring a reference from an existing Valois member or a Yorkseed network contact, followed by a review of investment mandate and track record before a decision is made. Yorkseed says it expects to admit only a small fraction of applicants in Valois' first year, consistent with the curation standard applied across the wider Yorkseed network.

The launch builds on Yorkseed's existing Capital Circle tier, which already gives paid members access to curated deal flow, unlimited Connection Intelligence, and priority introductions. Selected deals submitted to Yorkseed's Deal Room that match the Valois investor profile may be surfaced directly to Valois members, at Yorkseed's discretion — giving allocators earlier visibility into deal flow moving through the broader Yorkseed network without opening that flow to the network at large.

Valois membership includes access to curated rooms at major global gatherings — its first activation, Valois at the Louvre, ran during RAISE Summit Paris in July 2026, hosted in partnership with Osha Bergman Watanabe & Burton LLP (OBWB), a full-service intellectual property law firm — selective introductions based on alignment rather than open networking, a low-volume, high-signal communication channel for vertical salons and invitation-only opportunities, and cross-border deal flow across venture, private equity, and alternative assets. Unlike Yorkseed's broader event calendar, Valois gatherings are not publicized in advance and are not open for general RSVP.
