No. Yorkseed events and the Yorkseed Lisbon Delegation do not require a Web Summit ticket. If you want to go inside Web Summit itself, buy a ticket through Web Summit. Yorkseed also keeps a master side event spreadsheet listing events happening around Lisbon that week.
