About This Event

NY Tech Week moves fast. The Oasis is designed as a place to slow down, reconnect, and have the conversations that actually matter.

For the opening gathering of the series, Flowstate and Leave Normal Behind bring together founders, builders, creatives, and ecosystem leaders to explore one central question: How do we ensure technology advances human flourishing rather than diminishes it?

The session blends co-flow drop-in time with curated collaborative programming — roundtable discussions, fireside chats, and mentor office hours. Each day seeds Flowstate Sparks: structured artifacts that keep the conversation going long after the week ends.
